6-month warranty

Every Hexacue product has a 6-month warranty from the day it is delivered.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects and faults that appear under normal use.
• Devices installed by our team, including our installation work.

What's not covered

• Damage from wrong wiring, power surges, lightning, water or fire.
• Physical damage, or devices that were opened, modified or reflashed with other firmware.
• Normal wear of cables and consumables.

How to claim

• Send us your order number and a short photo or video of the problem on WhatsApp or by email.
• We check it with you first; many issues are solved remotely.
• If the device is faulty, we repair or replace it. If neither is possible, we refund what you paid for it.

Returns

• Unused items in their original box can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Keep your invoice: it is your warranty card.
